Here’s a short, 10-minute video featuring Billionaire investor Warren Buffet addressing an audience at the University of Florida.  I loved one of his opening comments where he mentions that one of his friends hired people by looking for 3 qualities:  integrity, intelligence, and energy.  He said that if an employee doesn’t have the first, the other two will destroy your business if you hire them.  If an employee doesn’t have integrity, you want them to be dumb and lazy, not smart and energetic.
